As part of operating a safe and transparent platform, 99gt follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Verification is mandatory before withdrawals or when certain thresholds are reached.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold while verification is in progress.

• Minimum deposit: 100 BDT (mobile banking) / equivalent in crypto.

• Deposited funds may only be used within 99gt. Transfers to third parties are not permitted.
• If money laundering or suspicious transactions are detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

• Every bonus offer comes with a Wagering Requirement — a specified amount must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Each person may use a promotional offer only once (per name, address, device, or IP address).
• 99gt reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected.
• 99gt reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion.

Before placing any bets on 99gt, please take a moment to read the following rules carefully. These terms and conditions apply to all Sports Betting and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless a system error has occurred.
• Bets placed before a match begins will be refunded if the match is cancelled.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet fails due to a system or network error, the amount will be refunded.
• 99gt reserves the right to set betting limits or void bets if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Accounts found to be placing bets using match fixing or insider information will be permanently closed.

• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
